Propio is a London-based platform positioning itself as the home of The Property ISA, offering "simple, affordable, and tax-efficient" ways to invest in property focused on bridging, development, and residential lending. It has historically issued mini-bonds and says it has raised about £15m through the platform to date via bond investments. Management suspended issuance of new mini-bonds in April 2020 and is transitioning to a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending model. Propio reports its loanbook is in good shape due to underwriting and credit decisioning practices, cites a strong Trustpilot rating, and says investors have seen an average return of 6.3%.
