ProspX develops a SaaS platform that combines enterprise search, social networking, and sales collaboration technology for the commercial insurance sector. The platform is designed to connect insurance agents, brokers, and carriers at the initial point of a business opportunity and throughout the sales cycle. ProspX's network includes 4,000 brokers and more than 16,000 carrier underwriter specialists. The company recently closed an $8 million Series B financing. That round was led by Adams Capital Management and joined by HPI Real Estate Services and Investments. With the new round, ProspX has raised a total of $14.5 million to date.
