The company positions its pricing between low-cost mass appliances and premium global brands like Dyson and Philips to make advanced beauty technology more accessible. Protouch reports having served more than 200,000 customers, achieving 15× revenue growth in 30 months, and operating profitably while already expanding sales to the Middle East. With the new capital, it plans to broaden its product portfolio, deepen R&D for devices tailored to Indian hair and skin types, and scale both online and offline distribution. The startup also intends to establish a local manufacturing unit in the coming years to support growth. Over the next three to five years, Protouch aims to expand categories and drive higher household penetration across its target markets.
