Provive, founded in 2008 and led by CEO Jose Antonio Díaz Martinez, acquires, refurbishes and resells foreclosed homes in low-income housing developments. The company works with credit providers, developers, NGOs and local authorities to identify and acquire properties, refurbish them, and bring houses back to market. Provive also focuses on improving infrastructure and public spaces to raise quality of life in low-income sectors. It is based in Tijuana, Mexico. The company intends to use new funding to expand in Baja California and to roll out nationally. Provive received MXN$44.0m (approximately US$3.3m) from IGNIA Fund I, LP.
