Proxyclick

Rue Saint-Hubert 17, Brussels, 1150, Belgium

Overview

Proxyclick provides a tablet-based visitor management platform that streamlines check-ins, issues badges, captures consent and NDA signatures, and can compare badge photos to government IDs. The platform integrates with access control systems (including C‑Cure and Lenel), meeting-room, calendaring, parking and Wi‑Fi credentialing tools to restrict building access and simplify visitor workflows. Proxyclick reports its systems have registered more than 30 million visitors across 7,000 locations globally, including more than 1,000 locations in the U.K., and lists customers such as L’Oréal, Vodafone, Revolut, PepsiCo and Airbnb. The company emphasizes privacy features like automatic data deletion and plans to enable sooner deletion of sensitive data such as visitor photos. Proxyclick says the industry is shifting from facility-managed local tools to enterprise security and privacy priorities handled by CISOs. It plans to use new funding to accelerate its roadmap, integrating with more third-party systems and adding physical-security features, facial recognition, and additional enterprise capabilities. Proxyclick digitizes visitor management for organizations, helping them balance visitor experience, building security and data privacy. The software accompanies corporations in their front desk digitization quests. The company has managed close to 10 million visits in more than 50 countries and counts 26 Fortune 500 companies among its users. Notable clients include Airbnb, L’Oréal, Danone, Bosch, BASF, Audi, Acer and PepsiCo. Proxyclick is led by Geoffroy De Cooman (Managing Director) and Gregory Blondeau (Founder and Managing Director) and has offices in New York.
