PRS (Plastic Repair System) specializes in repair, maintenance and adaptation of reusable transport packaging such as pallets, meat and produce crates, alveolar containers and collapsible containers using patented thermowelding repairs. Its repair systems restore at least 98% of original strength and 100% of functionality and are applied across industries including automotive, food and beverage, pooling, solid waste, sport and leisure. The company operates more than 6,500 m2 across four repair plants (three in Spain and one in Mexico) and employs over 65 people, hiring and training unemployed workers as plastic welders. PRS holds ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14067:2018 certifications that cover food‑safety, environmental management, quality systems and carbon‑footprint calculation for its repair process. The business is a supplier to multinational customers in sectors such as automotive, pooling and food & beverage and has standardized and optimized its repair processes to serve large clients efficiently.
