Pryzm Dynamics Inc. has built a shared, AI-driven platform that connects government acquisition teams with technology vendors, giving both sides real-time visibility into budgets, market intelligence, and program activity. Founded by alumni of Palantir and Lockheed Martin, the company targets the U.S. government’s $900 billion annual defense and national-security spend by replacing fragmented, paperwork-heavy processes with a unified digital thread. Over the past year the platform achieved IL5 and FedRAMP High authorizations, was selected by the Defense Innovation Unit for its eWARP effort, and supported capture activities for contractors such as Forterra, HII, Vannevar Labs, and REGENT Craft. Pryzm recently opened an Arlington, VA office while expanding its Boston headquarters. With fresh capital, management plans to grow engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen deployments with current customers, pursue additional compliance certifications, and layer next-generation AI capabilities into the product.
