PStake is a liquid staking application developed by Persistence that wraps users' native PoS tokens into pTOKENS pegged to ERC-20, enabling use of staked assets in Ethereum‑based DeFi. Users can claim staking rewards as pTOKENS, restake to compound rewards, or cash out to the equivalent native tokens. The application went live in July and has already been integrated for institutional staking operations via a partnership with BridgeTower Capital. Near-term product workstreams include asset expansion, DeFi integrations, and asset issuance on the native Cosmos chain for Tendermint‑based assets over the next three to six months. Financially, Persistence was described as "decently capitalized," and PStake completed a strategic fundraising round to accelerate hiring and security audits. Existing Persistence products include the decentralized commodities exchange Comdex and staking-as-a-service solution Audit.One; PStake is Persistence's first in-house application.
