PublicStuff offers a web-based and mobile platform (iOS, Android, BlackBerry) that lets residents report municipal issues and track resolution while giving city staff a management interface to monitor and assign requests. The company says it is already in use in over 200 cities nationwide and plans to expand its civic engagement tools to more communities worldwide.
