PuppyGraph offers a graph query engine that lets users query relational data stores and data lakes as unified graphs without ETL, supporting Gremlin and Cypher and integrating with systems like Iceberg, Delta Lake, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, MySQL and PostgreSQL. The product targets use cases such as GraphRAG to improve LLM accuracy, real-time fraud detection, cybersecurity analysis, logistics, and healthcare analytics. PuppyGraph claims petabyte-scale capacity with ultra-low latency, can execute 10-hop neighbor queries across half a billion edges in 2.26 seconds, and launches from deployment to query in about 10 minutes. Since its March 2024 launch the company reports production usage at organizations including Coinbase, Clarivate and Dawn Capital and a 70% month-over-month increase in downloads of its free developer edition. The team includes co-founders Weimo Liu, Danfeng Xu and Lei Huang, go-to-market lead Zhenni Wu, and advisor Gary Hagmueller. The company has formed strategic partnerships with Google Cloud and is Databricks’ first graph analytics partner for Unity Catalog.
