Purpose Green provides a platform for energy retrofits and long-term ESG management that helps transform multi-family, residential, commercial and office properties into sustainable buildings. The platform offers tools for owners, property managers and institutional funds to simplify decarbonization as a one-stop-shop, including energy inventories, digital 3D twins, refurbishment roadmaps (iSFP), subsidy procurement (BAFA/KfW/local offers), energy implementation, structural CAPEX project management, and long-term ESG reporting. The process begins with recording relevant property master data and internally creating a digital 3D twin to give owners a complete overview of a property's energy status. Purpose Green's energy consultants, construction managers and construction experts plan and carry out the necessary energy-related construction and renovation measures independently. Led by co-founder and Managing Director Operations Lucas Christel, the company plans to use the new funding to strengthen its team with ESG, climate and building experts, expand its presence in Germany, and continuously develop its service and support offering. The company raised €3.3M in funding to support these expansion and product development efforts.
