The company’s flagship product is an AI voice agent designed to streamline hospital communication workflows and reduce administrative burden. Pype AI also maintains Whispey, an open-source observability stack featuring nearly 40 safety, compliance, and performance checks to monitor AI deployments. The team is building integrations with leading healthcare software such as Zocdoc, Epic, and Cerner, and it targets servicing more than 50 hospital and clinic chains by mid-2026. Proceeds from its recent pre-seed round will finance further R&D on the communication platform and fund an expansion into the U.S. market.
