Qlearsite is a London-based HR technology company that builds People Analytics software for advanced statistical analyses of employee data. Founded in March 2015 by Alex Borekull, Peter Clark and Alex Borekull, the company is advancing a proprietary approach to people analytics and machine learning technologies for well-known employers. Its technology can analyze ‘any and all’ employee data, including unstructured text, and incorporate it into automated statistical models capable of predicting future employee behaviours. Qlearsite completed a $7.7M growth investment and intends to use the funds to expand the machine learning capabilities of its technologies and accelerate recruitment of key appointments to its London team. The company will work with Summa Digital to build meaningful links with other big-data analytics portfolio companies and experts. Christian Melby of Summa Equity has joined the Qlearsite board alongside Ivar Kroghrud.
