Qliance operates a subscription-based primary care service that charges $64 to $129 per month and deliberately operates outside the traditional insurance reimbursement system. The company runs five clinics in the Puget Sound region and has a 50-person team. It recently opened a clinic in Expedia's downtown Bellevue building that will serve both Expedia employees and the general public as a first corporate-partnership model. Qliance says it is in talks with other corporations about similar on-site clinics. The company expects to expand out-of-state by the end of the year. Total funding stands at $27.6 million following the latest round. Qliance Medical Management is a Seattle-based operator of direct primary care medical home clinics. The company currently runs three clinics in Washington: one in downtown Seattle and two in the nearby suburbs of Kent and Mercer Island. It offers a direct primary care model and is further developing its technology platform to support care delivery. Qliance closed a $6M Series B and has raised $13.5M in total capital to date. The company plans to use the proceeds to add new clinics within Washington and to prepare for national expansion as early as next year. Investors in the Series B include Bezos Expeditions, MSD Capital, Drew Carey and existing venture backers.
