Qomon provides a plug-and-play mobilisation platform that replaces spreadsheets and siloed CRMs with a single system for CRM activation, volunteer coordination, field activity and analytics, including a mobile app for volunteers. The platform houses an Action Center for events, petitions, canvassing and social amplification, offers AI-powered analytics, offline functionality and a personal impact dashboard for volunteers. More than 600 organisations in 60 countries use Qomon; it has supported over 100,000 actions, 84% of users report higher volunteer retention after onboarding, and clients have used the platform to raise over €80 million. Qomon plans to expand across Europe and North America and aims to double its impact by 2026 to 200,000 actions and 1,000 organisations; the Action Center will be made embeddable this summer. Product roadmap includes an AI-based reporting assistant launching later this year and a fintech/payment layer to unify donor, volunteer and supporter data and enable fundraising.
