Overview
Qstay is a tech-driven rental investment and hospitality management platform co-founded by Artur Khayrullin and Alec Redelman. The company provides hands-off property management, AI-powered customer care and digital concierge services aimed at improving guest experience and cutting costs by up to 50%. Qstay currently manages over 300 properties across nine markets in four countries and has facilitated over 130,000 nights booked for more than 60,000 guests. The platform positions itself as delivering higher ROI for property owners through a hotel-style, design-led experience. Qstay plans to expand into additional markets between 2024 and 2026. The company projects $63 million in revenue and an 18% EBITDA margin by 2025. Qstay operates as a virtual hotel brand that leases large groups of units in top locations, upgrades and furnishes them to a consistent luxury standard, and supports stays with hotel-like services and amenities. Its offerings include bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries, tea, Starbucks coffee, and a text-enabled around-the-clock concierge service. Qstay also provides a digital app that gives guests access to nearby pools, beaches, gyms and spas for beachfront properties. The company targets nightly, weekly and monthly stays and aims to deliver luxury-designed accommodations at more affordable prices. Launched in 2020 by Artur Khayrullin, Ekaterina Rogozhina, Alec Fesenko and initial investor Natalya Fesenko, Qstay currently operates close to 200 properties in the UAE and Europe, with 200 more signed and an expectation of 450 revenue-generating units by the end of 2022. The company intends to use new funding to accelerate global expansion.
