Qstream provides sales acceleration software that helps large organizations drive revenue through science, data, and mobile technology. Led by CEO and co-founder Duncan Lennox and based in Burlington, MA, the company has offices in Boston, San Francisco, Dublin, and London. Financially, the company closed a second tranche of Series A financing in January 2015, bringing total Series A commitments to $6.85M. Qstream offers a game-based, data-driven SaaS platform that delivers short, scenario-based daily challenges to sales reps on any device and uses game mechanics and analytics to drive engagement and coaching. The product is clinically proven to increase knowledge retention by up to 170% and lets managers measure team strengths in real time. Users typically spend about three minutes per day answering questions; Qstream has delivered more than 180 million questions in nine languages and has tens of thousands of registered users. Its customers include large life‑sciences, technology and financial-services brands such as Genentech, Boehringer Ingelheim, Intuitive Surgical, Oracle, SunGard, Rackspace and SunTrust. The company positions the platform for use cases like product launch support, competitive-threat management, and strategic business initiatives. Qstream plans to use the new funding to accelerate sales and marketing efforts in North America and Europe.
