QuaDPharma is a Clarence, NY-based contract manufacturer and tester of small-batch pharmaceuticals, producing prescription ointments, creams and tablets for pre-commercial and commercial customers. The company serves researchers and drug firms with production generally under 1,000 liters. QuaDPharma was founded by three former colleagues of Buffalo manufacturer CPL: Stephen Panaro, Ryan Downey and Leanne Kisicki. Management says the business is poised to grow at an accelerated rate and has obtained strategic investors to support that growth. The company plans to use new funds to expand and market its commercial capabilities and to increase services and flexibility for small- and mid-scale production needs. Leadership also expects the investment to help increase marketing and awareness within the bio-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical fields and to support regional job creation.
