Overview
Quandri’s Renewal Intelligence Platform automates policy reviews, surfaces renewal insights, streamlines requoting, and proactively engages clients for insurance brokerages and agencies. The product includes features such as Policy Checking, Policy Requoting, and Connect to improve retention and drive revenue. Since its last funding round in 2023, Quandri has increased revenue 15X, grown its customer base to more than 100 agencies and brokerages across Canada and the U.S., and expanded headcount fivefold to 75 full-time employees. The company will use the new funding to accelerate go-to-market efforts, increase engineering and AI investments, and expand operations in both Canada and the U.S. For the remainder of 2025 Quandri plans to hire more than 40 people, expand its Vancouver headquarters with a new 15,000-square-foot office, and open a Boston office to serve its growing U.S. customer base. Marquee North American clients include Brokerlink, Western Financial Group, HomeServices Insurance Inc., and BlueRidge Risk Partners. Quandri is a Vancouver, Canada–based startup that builds pre-built digital workers to automate repetitive tasks for insurance brokers and agencies. The company offers three pre-built robots: Renewal Reviewer, a contextual file-naming tool, and Download Director for matching policies, eDocs, claims and verifying producer commissions. Co-founded by brothers Jackson (CEO) and Jamieson Fregeau (president), Quandri focuses exclusively on the North American insurance brokerage vertical today. Its product approach is more ‘robot-as-a-service’ than traditional RPA, with the company pre-building bots so customers do not need to configure or develop automation themselves. The team says it may branch into other verticals in the long run. Financially, Quandri announced an $8.5M Series A and has now raised $10M in total. Quandri builds bots to automate time-consuming, repetitive, and manual tasks for insurance brokers and agents. Launched in early 2021 by brothers Jackson Fregeau (CEO) and Jamieson Fregeau (president) and based in Vancouver, the company currently offers three bots: policy routing, document identification/naming/categorization, and a renewal-reporting bot. Quandri serves insurance brokers in Canada and insurance agents in the United States and claims it has saved firms “thousands of hours” in lost productivity. The startup says demand accelerated after investing in sales and marketing and is on track to generate ten times its 2021 annual recurring revenue (ARR) this year, though it did not disclose specific figures. It plans to use recent funding to expand its team, hiring more Python and machine-learning engineers, and to launch three new bots this fall. Longer term, Quandri intends to move into the carrier space and expand beyond insurance.
