Queens Gaming Collective is a Los Angeles–based, women-led media and management company that builds a gaming lifestyle brand and represents women creators, streamers, and competitors. The company provides infrastructure, resources, agent representation, merchandising, retail, and content to help women build equitable and profitable careers. It aims to assemble a roster of women gamers—dubbed “Queens”—into more powerful influencers and media celebrities and to monetize them across verticals such as product development, IP licensing, comics, podcasts, and distribution. Queens held a coronation for its inaugural streamers (including cosplayers, DJs, athletes, and content creators) and plans a kickoff livestream on December 5 on Twitch. The company started in February and has around 10 to 15 employees, a majority of whom are women. Queens positions itself as a media-first brand anchored in content while also offering brand representation and merchandising.
