QuirkLogic offers Quilla, a digital writing solution designed to help individuals and teams capture creative intellectual assets in real time. The company’s co-founder and CEO is Nashir Samanani. QuirkLogic was the host site for a government announcement in Calgary when it was named a recipient of federal support. It received $1.5 million through the Western Innovation (WINN) Initiative to accelerate product innovation and drive company growth. The company said the investment will help it expand its global technology footprint. The WINN grant is positioned to move technologies from later-stage R&D to the marketplace for Western Canadian SMEs.
