The solution records, archives, replays and analyzes web and mobile customer interactions to ensure compliance with rules such as MiFID, MiFID II, FFSA/Fidleg, SEC 17a-4 and FINRA, and to detect online fraud. Its platform is used by customers including UBS, CSS, Zürcher Kantonalbank, Luzerner Kantonalbank, SUVA and the Swiss Parliament. Led by CEO Patrick Barnert, the company is based in Zurich, Switzerland. Qumram raised CHF2.4M in funding and intends to use the proceeds to expand into North America and the UK. A group of investors from investiere.ch committed CHF660k as part of the round.
