Rabbl operates a proprietary “social booking” platform that helps venues, promoters and artists crowdfund concerts and book gigs. The platform is already used by over 700 artists to get gigs, plan tours, engage fans and lock down fill-in dates. To date the company has partnered with 12 venues across Denver, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco. Rabbl intends to use the new funding to expand its social booking platform and increase artist outreach activities. The company was founded in 2013 by CEO Wade Lagrone and is based in San Francisco. Its current financial update includes a recent $775K financing announced in February 2014.
