The company’s stated mission is to lower home closing costs and introduce transparency into the closing process as an alternative to the traditional agent-driven model. EnTitle Insurance Company was founded in 1978 and is approved to issue title insurance in forty jurisdictions. Entitle Direct Group reported rapid growth in 2012, projecting approximately 75% order-volume growth over 2011 and a six-fold increase since 2009. Proceeds from the recent investment will be used to increase EnTitle Insurance Company’s surplus and drive further growth of the ENTITLE DIRECT distribution channel.
