Rags is a fashion brand founded by Rachel Nilsson in 2014 and based in Lehi, Utah. The company is built around an innovative (RAG) design featuring a patent-pending neckline that makes garments easy to pull on and off without buttons or snaps. Rags issues new limited-edition styles on a weekly basis and offers products across kids, kids tees, dresses, seasonal items, baby pouches, women, men, and accessories. The company raised $1.5M in a second seed funding round and has now raised a total of $3M. Rags intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand its product line. Curt Roberts of Kickstart will join the board as part of the financing.
