Raison app operates a late venture investment marketplace aimed at democratising access to top-tier private company deals. The platform uses a blockchain-based legal structure to allow retail investors to participate in allocations for companies such as Klarna, SpaceX, and Scale AI. Users can join deals from just €1 through a fast, digital experience. In 2021 the platform added 10 new deals and grew its user base by more than threefold to over 17,000 users globally. The company says the new funding will be used to continue developing innovative investment solutions and to accelerate international expansion. Raison was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Estonia.
