Rally
3519 NE 15th Ave #220, Portland, OR, 97212, United States
Overview
Rally builds a composable, headless checkout platform that offers one-click checkout, payment processing and post-purchase offers that can be injected after payment. The company targets merchants outside the Shopify ecosystem and integrates with tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce and Swell. Rally says its post-purchase offers have helped merchants increase revenue by over 12% on average and that it is working with about 50 merchants. Over the past 12 months Rally has doubled its team and is doing millions in monthly GMV. Founders Jordan Gal and Rok Knez previously led CartHook, which processed nearly $3 billion in transactions before selling to Pantastic in 2021. Rally is building a headless ecosystem, close to announcing a headless-as-a-service partnership, and plans to expand into enterprise and international markets, strengthen fraud protection and add web3 features such as crypto acceptance. Rally Commerce builds a platform-agnostic, headless checkout and orchestration layer that lets merchants replace traditional checkouts or power headless storefronts. The company combines headless commerce with a Web3 token model that it says will allow merchants to 'own' part of the network. CEO Jordan Gal says Rally offers merchants better conversion rates and higher average order value (AOV). The team behind Rally previously built CartHook. Rally recently secured $6 million in seed funding to support product development and growth. Investors in the round include Rainfall Ventures, Felix Capital, Long Journey Ventures, Afore Ventures and Commerce Ventures. The raise comes amid a post-pandemic e-commerce boom and heightened investor interest in headless commerce.
