Rallyteam

673 Brannan St #307, San Francisco, CA, 94107, United States

Overview

Rallyteam builds software that uses public data to create profiles of internal employees and match them to job opportunities and special projects. The platform acts as an internal talent market, contacting candidates about secondments or new challenges within their employer. Rallyteam works with large enterprises, including eBay, and targets companies with at least 5,000 employees. The company says the product helps retain talented millennials who are leaving due to lack of career development or challenging roles. Rallyteam raised $8.6 million to fulfill its mission of keeping employees at companies. The startup is based in San Francisco and has offices in Vancouver and Boulder, Colorado. Rallyteam is a San Francisco-based talent networking platform that intelligently matches employees to projects, tasks, ideas and people. The platform enables teams to self-organize and helps companies respond faster to change. Rallyteam was launched at TechCrunch Disrupt 2014 and has participated in the Seattle-based Microsoft Ventures Accelerator. The company is led by Daniel Ellis, Huan Ho, and David Somers. In August 2015 it received an investment from the Cornerstone Innovation Fund; the amount was not disclosed. Cornerstone's fund is the strategic venture arm of Cornerstone OnDemand and offers mentorship, distribution and resources to its portfolio companies.
