Ralo operates an AI-native mortgage brokerage that automates loan shopping, underwriting coordination and the back-office work traditionally handled by loan officers and processors. It closed its first loans in March 2026 and reports revenue is doubling month over month. Ralo is licensed in California, Colorado and Texas and plans to expand to additional states this year. The startup was founded by former Google product manager Arjun Lalwani and former Google engineer and Goldman Sachs quant Helly Shah and is headquartered in New York City.
