Rappta Therapeutics is a private biotech developing first-in-class anti-cancer drugs that activate protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), a critical enzyme regulating protein de-phosphorylation and a key tumor suppressor. The company aims to translate seminal scientific insights on PP2A structure and biology into therapeutics. Rappta has operations in Finland and the US and is led by CEO Mikko Mannerkoski with CSO and co-founder Professor Goutham Narla. Its scientific advisory board is led by Dr. William Hahn.
