Raven is a proprietary high-frequency algorithmic trading firm and market maker that trades on both centralized and decentralized exchanges. It was founded by three former Wintermute employees. The company recently partnered with Global Markets Crypto Intelligence to support the GMCI 30 index. Raven completed a $2.7M seed equity financing led by Hack VC, with participation from Wintermute Ventures and several undisclosed angel investors. The round carried a $25M valuation and included no token plan. With the new capital, Raven plans to expand its activity across additional centralized and decentralized trading venues.
