Ruishi Technology (瑞识科技) is a high‑tech company in the semiconductor optics field that provides industry‑leading VCSEL optical solutions. It develops breakthrough, differentiated technologies and products focused on stability, reliability and sustainability for customers in smart automotive, consumer electronics, medical aesthetics and industrial manufacturing. The company’s products have entered mass‑production supply chains at overseas consumer electronics giants and leading domestic automotive customers. Company revenue has doubled each year for nearly three years. The new financing will be used to accelerate technology and product R&D and to enable mass‑production deployment. Since inception it has repeatedly attracted leading investors and previously secured a near‑¥100M B round in April 2023. Founded in early 2018 by a US-returned PhD team, Ruishi's core members have over 20 years of experience in semiconductor optics and Silicon Valley productization. The company has applied for more than 40 domestic and US invention patents and says its core technologies are fully self‑controlled. Ruishi has mass-produced multiple high-performance VCSEL chips, optical integrated light-source products, and optical modules, and has achieved revenues in the tens of millions of RMB. It provides a full-stack technology offering from VCSEL chip design and mass production to optical integrated packaging, sensing algorithms, and application solutions. The company built a 2,000 sqm packaging and testing factory in Guangming, Shenzhen to support stable mass production. Proceeds from the recent financing will be used mainly for VCSEL light-chip technology and related product R&D and market expansion.
