Real Capital Analytics (RCA) provides transaction information and analysis on commercial real estate, covering asset prices, capital flows, and investment trends used by investors, lenders, brokers, and advisors. Its global database spans 172 countries and covers more than $18 trillion of transactions linked to over 200,000 investor and lender profiles. RCA's core products are data and analytics solutions that help clients formulate investment strategy, assess risk, source opportunities, and execute transactions. The company received a $115M investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity composed of Series B equity and debt. Proceeds were used in part to redeem Series A shares issued in 2007 to a unit of Daily Mail and General Trust plc. Following the transaction, founder and CEO Bob White will continue in his role and, along with RCA employees, will maintain a controlling stake in the company.
