Founded in April 2019, RealVantage operates a digital marketplace that lets individual and institutional investors co-invest in institutional-grade real-estate opportunities worldwide. The Singapore-based fintech has facilitated more than SGD 400 million of real-estate investments and completed over 130 transactions across seven international markets, recently expanding into South Korea. Its member base has grown to more than 10,000 investors from 58 countries, spanning family offices, listed companies, accredited investors and the mass-affluent. RealVantage partners with large developers and asset managers such as Greystar, ESR and Investcorp to source and manage deals. The platform is increasingly powered by proprietary AI tools that screen and underwrite opportunities. Following its latest fund-raise, management plans to launch new thematic investment products, further enhance the AI-driven platform and accelerate regional expansion beginning with Hong Kong SAR through a newly formed joint venture led by former KaiLong REI CEO Ivan Ho. The recent financing pegs the company’s valuation at US$70 million, giving it additional balance-sheet strength to support growth initiatives.
