Realync provides a cloud platform for multifamily housing operators to host live video tours, live virtual open houses, and DIY pre-recorded property videos. The platform enables leasing professionals to livestream, pre-record and distribute video tours to prospects and residents, preserving live dialogue and a personal touring experience. Realync says it serves thousands of apartment communities and saw rapid adoption during the COVID-19 pandemic: its user base tripled in four months and live video tours on the platform increased by over 11,000%. The company plans to continue investing in its product and team to meet ongoing demand for convenient virtual services after the pandemic. Realync is led by co-founders Matt Weirich (CEO) and Ani Rangarajan (COO) and is based in Carmel, Ind. Realync offers a cloud-based platform that enables live virtual property tours and open houses, allowing leasing and sales teams to connect and interact with prospects. The platform is used by teams in 47 states and 30 countries, including leasing teams from Alliance, Waterton, LivCor and Milhaus. Led by CEO Matt Weirich, the company serves both leasing and sales workflows with real-time virtual viewing tools. Following the raise, Realync plans to establish a new headquarters on the northeast side of Indianapolis and continue growth in the multifamily industry. The company intends to hire new employees, including a chief technology officer, customer success manager, engineers and sales staff. In conjunction with the financing, Tom Eggleston of Charmides Capital joined Realync’s board of directors. ReaLync offers a cloud-based platform that enables live virtual property tours and real-time agent interaction via web and iOS products. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Matt Weirich and is based in Chicago, IL. Since launch, its web and iOS product has exceeded 200 users across the United States and internationally. ReaLync intends to use the new capital to build out senior sales and development teams and accelerate product development. The company plans to raise a Series A round in early 2015. The focus remains on expanding product capabilities and scaling sales and support functions.
