Reboost is a structured financial product offered by Luxembourg-based LetzToken that aims to democratise early-stage property investment. The product leverages staged financing, tokenised securities, and regulatory compliance to benefit both developers and investors. It pools institutional and retail capital to underwrite early property projects. Over the summer Reboost raised €2 million to finance its second project. That fundraising financed four housing units across two projects in Steinfort in partnership with trusted local developers. The product continues to focus on bringing together different investor types within a regulated tokenised framework.
