Recall provides a unified API and associated infrastructure that integrates with multiple video-conferencing platforms to ingest meeting recordings, transcripts, metadata and other conversational data. Users call the API to pull audio, video and chat data and can pipe raw outputs into LLMs for summarization or to power meeting copilots, bots and other applications. The API can begin ingesting data in a few days and includes strict data policies, storing recordings for a maximum of seven days and offering an endpoint for immediate deletion. Since launch, Recall has onboarded more than 300 companies and ingested millions of hours of meeting data across use cases such as telehealth note-taking, virtual depositions and conversational intelligence for sales. The company reports it has grown tenfold over the last 12 months and has grown from zero to several million dollars in two years on a usage-based per-hour pricing model. Recall plans to use capital to build additional product tools and integrations for more conversational data sources and to expand its team.
