Reclaim.ai

Portland, Oregon, United States

Overview

Reclaim.ai builds an intelligent calendar assistant and time-management platform that integrates with Google Calendar to automate smart time blocking and scheduling. The company serves over 14,000 companies worldwide and issues quarterly productivity and workplace trend reports. It recently launched a Scheduling Links feature into private beta that offers dynamic availability and meeting prioritization to reduce manual rescheduling and availability conflicts. Reclaim tied the feature to findings from its Meeting Scheduling Trends and Workplace Burnout Trends reports (surveys of ~800 and ~700 professionals), which highlighted issues such as a 60.2% reported burnout rate and widespread availability problems. Financially, Reclaim has raised $9.5 million in total funding to date, including a recent $3.2 million pre-Series A round. The company frames Scheduling Links as a step toward a unified enterprise time-orchestration platform and plans to broaden access in the coming years. Reclaim.ai provides an intelligent calendar assistant that automatically blocks adaptive time for tasks, routines, personal life, and key projects without manual event movement. Its Planner feature reorganizes a user’s entire workweek with a single click, while the platform leverages natural language processing and runs millions of simulations daily to adapt time blocking. Reclaim merges multiple calendars to prevent overbookings, provides productivity stats, and learns from user interactions to rebalance schedules. The product integrates with Google Calendar today, with Office 365 support coming soon, and is free throughout 2021. The platform is used daily by over 4,000 companies worldwide. Reclaim plans to use recent funding to expand the team, accelerate development, and build team features atop its existing platform. ReclaimAI builds an AI-driven calendar assistant that lets users rate meetings and events by importance, automatically rebalance schedules, and block focused time for high-priority work. The product analyzes how time is spent and provides analytics and recommendations for individuals and managers, including breakdowns of hours spent on sales, one-on-ones, and customer interactions. Reclaim launched in June 2019 and is testing its main product in private beta while already offering LifeWork Calendar, a free utility that connects work and personal calendars without sharing personal details. The company plans to keep LifeWork free and eventually offer the core Reclaim product on a subscription basis. The team is three people, all former product leaders and engineers from New Relic, and emphasizes user privacy and easy data deletion. To date ReclaimAI has raised $1.5 million in angel and venture capital to fund product development and growth.
