Its technology platform uses listing optimization, marketing algorithms, dynamic analytics, and targeted distribution to help property managers consistently improve booking results. The company supplies over 100,000 unique rental properties in more than 10,000 destinations and is a leading supplier to Booking.com, Expedia, HomeAway/VRBO, FlipKey/TripAdvisor, and Airbnb. RedAwning is profitable and had been funded by its co-founders, CEO Tim Choate and CTO Lance Nelson, who will remain in leadership. With the new investment, the company plans to expand further across the Americas, Europe and Asia and into new global territories while accelerating development of its platform. It also intends to more than double its staff and secure a larger office to support scaling.
