RediLearning is a Florida startup that delivers continuing-education coursework online to nurses, therapists and other senior care health workers. Its core product is a proprietary learning-management system that organizes state-by-state regulations, assigns accredited training to appropriate staff, and automatically reports completion back to human resources. Courses are currently Flash-based. The company serves major chains and operators of nursing homes, assisted living, home health, hospice and rehabilitation centers with employees in all fifty states. RediLearning says the average customer saves two-thirds of the money they would otherwise spend on regulated healthcare compliance training, which is typically the largest line item after payroll and benefits. It has 20 full-time employees and plans to use recent funding to create additional content and features and hire at least ten more employees over the next year.
