ResiModel is a NYC-based platform that captures, processes and analyzes multifamily transaction data. Launched in 2013 by CEO Elliot Vermes, the product uses data capture and visualization tools to aggregate, mine and analyze rent rolls and operating data. The solution helps users better understand properties, win more deals and improve the accuracy of deal pricing. Customers include deal teams at brokerage firms such as CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, ARA, Colliers, Marcus & Millichap, Moran & Co. and Cushman & Wakefield, as well as multifamily investors including Alliance Residential Company, Carmel Partners and The Milestone Group. The company announced an additional funding round and has now raised approximately $4m from strategic backers. In addition to the funding, ResiModel added real estate veteran Rob Wrzosek to its advisory board. The company has raised $3.5m in total and intends to use the new funds to continue to grow operations. It is led by CEO Elliot Vermes.
