Redwood Technologies Group, founded in 1993 and based in Bracknell, Berkshire, is an international provider of communications technology and cloud contact centre solutions. The company owns cloud communications provider Content Guru and delivers services through Content Guru’s global storm cloud platforms. Its offerings support multiple channels — voice, email, chat, web forms, social, text, video and IoT — and are built on Redwood’s intellectual property. Redwood serves a blue-chip client base across utilities, travel, financial services, retail, government and public sector organisations and has deployed solutions to more than 50 countries. The company operates primarily in the $2.8bn contact centre technology marketplace. The £25m investment from Scottish Equity Partners is intended to accelerate a global expansion strategy focused on Asia-Pacific, including a Tokyo regional office opening in Q1 2018.
