Reelo is a B2B2C SaaS platform focused on customer loyalty and marketing for offline businesses. Founded in 2017 by brothers Prit and Parin Sanghvi, the company started as a boutique in Ahmedabad with about 70 businesses. It has since expanded to a presence in 24 cities and integrates with PoS billing providers such as Petpooja, DotPe, and TMBill. Reelo serves well-known brands including Jawed Habib, Bikanerwala, Gwalia Sweets, Ferns N Petals, and La Pino’s. The company describes its product as a straightforward and reasonably priced solution to increase consumer awareness of retail products. Reelo raised $1M from Silicon Valley-based angel investor Gokul Rajaram and plans to use proceeds for increased hiring, broader presence in existing and emerging international markets, and improved machine learning and AI capabilities.
