ReferStar is a Dublin, Ireland–based provider of a white-label SaaS platform that automates employee referrals and streamlines referral acquisition via social networks. The platform integrates with LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and enables employees, customers, alumni and suppliers to submit referrals for targeted talent acquisition. It also operates the ReferStar Public Marketplace, an online hub where referrers can promote jobs and earn referral fees. Led by CEO Morgan Pierce, the company intends to use recent funding to support international expansion and accelerate product innovation and enhancements. ReferStar recently raised $1.625M in a Series A round. In conjunction with the funding, senior advisors joined the company's board to support its growth plans.
