Reflect is an automated, end-to-end testing platform that lets businesses test web apps from an end user’s perspective and reproduce bugs with full video and logs. The product records user actions via a cloud-based virtual machine and "screen-shares" them back through the Reflect web app, avoiding local browser extensions and standardizing the test environment. Reflect offers API and direct CI/CD integrations and sells via a SaaS model with a free tier and starter, standard, and enterprise plans; it has more than 80 paying customers. Founded in Philadelphia in 2019 and a Y Combinator alum, Reflect positions itself as a truly no-code tool so non-developers can build and maintain tests without coding. The company is not pursuing an open source route and says on-premise installations may be added in the future for larger enterprises. Reflect currently lacks AI/ML capabilities but has machine learning augmentation on its roadmap.
