The company places interim teams of AI architects and engineers within clients' teams to implement solutions and support transitions. It also offers training for clients and their employees to ensure adoption of necessary AI skills. Since its 2016 founding, Refreshworks has partnered with more than 250 companies, including AkzoNobel, Brunel, and Girav, and has trained over 2,500 professionals. The Hague-based firm was founded by Diederik Klever and Ebel Slijp. Backed by fresh funding, Refreshworks intends to further its growth and push broader AI integration across the Dutch business community.
