RegTek.Solutions offers trade reporting solutions and cost-effective compliance software to help firms improve the quality, transparency and control of regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes. Its platform covers OTC swaps, credit, rates, equity, FX and commodities trading. The firm launched earlier this year and is led by CEO Brian Lynch. It counts ten of the G15 banks among its clients. RegTek.Solutions raised funding to scale operations as market participants prepare for incoming rules such as MiFID II/MIFIR, Dodd-Frank (with impending SEC implementation), potential new CFTC rules, and ongoing changes in Hong Kong, Singapore and other jurisdictions. The company raised capital via a strategic minority investment to support that growth.
