Regulatory Genome

23 King Street, B-112, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB1 1AH, United Kingdom

Overview

Regulatory Genome (RegGenome) is a UK-based spin-out from the University of Cambridge founded in 2020. It provides structured, machine-readable regulatory content that is dynamic, granular and interoperable, powered by AI-based textual information extraction techniques. The product aims to increase accessibility and dissemination of regulatory information for authorities and to enable organisations to deepen regulatory intelligence and digitise compliance and risk-management processes. The fresh funding will be used to accelerate development of transformative regulatory data structures and to promote the effort to develop a common language on regulation. RegGenome positions its technology to address growing regulatory complexity driven by advances in crypto, cyber, AI, sustainability and geopolitical factors. Leadership includes Executive Chairman Robert Wardrop and the company has secured institutional investor support.
