Relevel is India’s first hiring platform that enables candidates to demonstrate job-related skills via end-to-end tests and live interviews. The platform currently runs three tests—Frontend Development, Backend Development and Business Development—featuring MCQs, algorithmic problems, case studies, mini-app builds and a final live interview. Relevel reports over 2.35 lakh users, a 100% placement rate for users who qualified the tests, and 64 active hiring companies on its panel. Companies have rolled out offers in under a week after onboarding, and 60% of placed users are freshers while experienced hires have seen salary increases up to 150%. A majority of placed candidates come from Tier II and Tier III Indian cities, reflecting the platform’s reach beyond major metros. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to scale the team, strengthen the platform and expand its suite of tests to increase the variety of job offerings.
