Reloy is a real estate digital amenities and referral solutions provider that works with large builders to create customer loyalty programs and a home-owning journey. The firm began as an enterprise loyalty platform but shifted focus solely to real estate after RERA in 2017. It creates digital amenities in collaboration with various brands to connect homebuyers to services, aiming to increase convenience and boost referral sales by up to 200%. Since inception Reloy says it has influenced over Rs 700 crore in real estate sales and manages over 20,000 homebuyers across properties worth Rs 25,000 crore, with clients including Sharpoorji Pallonji, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespaces, Piramal Realty, Gera K Raheja, Birla Estates, and Century Real Estate. The startup expects to generate more than Rs 5,000 crore in sales for its current clients in the coming financial year. Raised funds will be used to expand operations and fine-tune the product ahead of a commercial launch.
